It has already been a year of burning calories and changing lives! To celebrate, we are having an Open House on June 10th at the gym (590 K.L.O. Road), open to the public from 10am – 4:30pm. Come by and bring a friend! We are offering ONE DAY special pricing on our memberships. Also, the first 50 people will receive a FREE two-week membership.
There will be free swag, snack and refreshments all afternoon. Our celebrity coaches will be on-hand to provide free consultations and to show you what equipment is in-house to give you the greatest workout you can imagine! Sun-FM will be on the scene, and we’ll have the music going so you can get your groove on all afternoon. No classes will be scheduled for this time, so there will be plenty of space for all our guests to check out every section of our gym.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is designed to get your heart pumping. As your heart rate rises, you burn more calories to keep sustain that level of activity.
