It didn’t take me long to decide I wanted a career in fitness. You can make a living kicking it with awesome people having a straight up good time. I have always been very active, with most of my passion going into martial arts. I earned a black belt and black sash, and it was through achievements like these that shaped me into the fitness coach I am today.
I decided to get certified as a personal trainer so that I could pursue a career….that has me absolutely loving my job. I am certified through CFES (Canadian Fitness Education Services) to which I am able to show you proper and safe form in regards to any exercises you may have to do… so we don’t go ripping no hamstrings. I am CPR and First Aid certified as well, so I got you if that “all out” suddenly becomes a little too much.
I guarantee you a music bumpin, heart thumpin, crazy wonderful kind of workout. We will get sweaty.
WHAT DO YOU BURN FOR?
The incredible feeling I get when I see someone break barriers and push themselves to go beyond what they could before.
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
My bottomless pit of a stomach. It’ll start with a Giant slice of pizza. The Usual to follow is Ice cream, sometimes even with Lindt chocolate melted on top. Twizzlers seem to hit the spot, but it’s pretty much anything that would be followed by Yum…WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE OTF EXERCISE?
